We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though there was a language barrier. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were basic but nice. The new and clean facilities at the hotel were impressive. the friendly staff made sure that we had everything we needed. the location was convenient as it was close to a nearby convenience store and public transportation.
The lack of amenities in the room was disappointing. the absence of a kettle and hairdryer made things inconvenient.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time! The rooms were clean and modern with a comfortable bed and an efficient air conditioning system. The security guards were helpful and the free car park is a plus. The mini-mart downstairs was convenient for snacks and drinks. enjoyed the international channels on the TV and the hot shower.
The location was a bit out of the way and there were limited food options nearby. there was no room service and the lack of a kettle in the room was a minor inconvenience.
